Matins Support
For help with Matins, email support@haloaiservices.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Matins app version, and the steps that led to the issue.
Common support topics
- Alarms: confirm notifications are allowed, Time Sensitive notifications are enabled, and the alarm is still active in Matins.
- Subscriptions: purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Health data: Smart Wake and sleep insights require permission to read sleep data from Apple Health.
- Apple Watch and widgets: make sure the iPhone and Apple Watch are paired, signed into the same Apple ID, and able to share app group data.

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms. Matins uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless a future App Store version states otherwise.
