Matins Support
For help with Matins, email support@haloaiservices.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Matins app version, and the steps that led to the issue.
Common support topics
- Alarms: use Test Alarm Notification in Matins Settings before relying on an alarm. Confirm notifications and Time Sensitive delivery are allowed, the alarm is active, and your iPhone volume, Silent mode, and Focus settings are appropriate.
- Subscriptions: purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Health data: Smart Wake and sleep insights require permission to read sleep data from Apple Health.
- Apple Watch and widgets: make sure the companion app is installed, the iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and nearby, and Matins has been opened on both devices after an update.
